We brew award-winning craft beer with fresh surplus bread from bakeries and sandwich makers, and pour all profits into the environmental charity Feedback to end food waste.

We're upcycled 15 tonnes of surplus bread since we launched two years ago, and brewed 178,000 litres of beer. We've won 11 awards and received global press attention, including featuring on Jamie Oliver & Jimmy Doherty's Friday Night Feast. We've expanded internationally, with presence in the US, South Africa, Brazil and Iceland and collaborate with breweries and bakeries all over the world.
We have a four-fold mission to end food waste:
1) Brew great beer that customers love
2) Use surplus bread to reduce waste
3) Raise awareness of food waste
4) Donate all profits to the environmental charity Feedback
