Food production is the biggest contributor to climate change but one third of all food is wasted. We brew our planet-saving beer with surplus fresh bread. All profits go to charities fixing the food system.

We're rescued 1 million slices of surplus fresh bread, avoiding 32tCo2 and saving 9 hectares of land and 130m3 of fresh water. We've won multiple awards and received global press attention, including featuring on Jamie Oliver & Jimmy Doherty's Friday Night Feast. We've expanded internationally, with presence in the UK, Ireland, US, South Africa, Brazil, Iceland. We collaborate with breweries and bakeries all over the world and open source a recipe for homebrewers.
Our mission is to brew great beers and spread big ideas that can change the world.
We have a four-fold strategy to end food waste:
1) Brew great beer that customers love
2) Use surplus bread to reduce waste
3) Raise awareness of food waste
4) Donate all profits to the environmental charity Feedback
