We're a new kind of marketing agency. A social enterprise, we're driven by a mission to provide British and Irish small businesses not only with the services they need to drive sales and build customer loyalty, but also with the education and guidance they need to make informed decisions that can build strong local businesses -- and ultimately strong local communities.
The firm’s approach is threefold: workshops, mentoring and marketing services for hire. Clients can take advantage of some or all of these offerings depending on their specific needs and budget.
In short, we love small business. In fact our name, Grá, (pronounced "graw") literally means "love" in Irish.
Grá Group is the new creation of expat American marketer, entrepreneur and lecturer Tim Hart. After 20 years serving clients big and small -- 10 years of which through his own international PR firm Hart Communications (www.hart-communications.com) -- Tim decided it was time to give something back. His small business clients pointed the way, frequently asking for ways to make more informed marketing choices on modest budgets whilst avoiding making expensive mistakes. And so Grá Group was born.
We believe that whatever the prevailing economy -- but especially in difficult times -- small businesses drive jobs creation, stimulate growth and fuel sustainable, successful local communities. Small business employs more than half the population. However, small businesses rarely get all the help they need to reach their full potential.
We believe that small business can be just as creative and successful with marketing as a multinational company – the processes and practices are the same. It’s by understanding the fundamentals and choices available that small businesses can make informed decisions that will truly serve their businesses.
We're proud to help small businesses build sustainable, local enterprises that in turn build strong local communities.
