Slough Aspire is dedicated to enabling the Slough talent pool to develop employability skills relevant to local business. From working with young people in schools to raise aspirations and work readiness, to retraining unemployed adults for the jobs of today, to supporting local people to launch their own businesses, we provide free events and training to the Slough community. We bring together private sector companies with public sector delivery teams to create new course to fill skills gaps or add business input to existing delivery. We promote apprenticeships to businesses and offer them access to training & workforce development, often free to local SMEs. Additional services to business include our online jobs board and last Wednesday of the month networking group, Breakfast@Aspire.
