Continued support by these partners indicates our success rates. We have developed a unique social enterprise training course for long term unemployed people that motivates strong team working alongside community worth. the charity provides back up services for new enterprises during the first 2 years trading.
Long term unemployment is often linked to poverty, unsocial activities and family disruption. People who did not learn in a school environment often feel disengaged with their communities.
The aim of Siawns Teg is to identify how the people we support can learn and become valued, for themselves and their community. Thyis is achieved through motivating ownership and planned solutions to situations alongside life skills and work skills learning.
