Our Vision for Scotland is a society where healthy and resilient relationships based on respect, rights and trust are able to flourish. We have been supporting children, young people, individuals, couples, parents and families through providing relationship counselling, education, information and other support for over 50 years. We are continually developing our own counselling approach drawing upon humanistic and cognitive behavioural counselling orientations. Psychoanalytic adult attachment theories are a major focus looking at how our attachment history affects all aspects of life and using Egan’s Skilled Helper Model as a guiding framework.
