The Learning Curve
29th April 2016
The Learning Curve provides training, information, advice and employment support to people in Wiltshire and Swindon. A part of the Selwood Housing Group, we specialise in working with people who might be economically or socially disadvantaged to change lives through learning. We specialise in working with:
•Young People 16-24 including young parents, parents to be and young people not taking up other education, employment or training opportunities (NEETs)
•Unemployed adults, including returners to work and those who have never worked
The Learning Curve is an established charity which aims to change the lives of socially and economically disadvantaged people by delivering learning and guidance both directly to our beneficiaries and through our partner organisations. As a result of our work, our beneficiaries are better able to support themselves and lead fulfilled lives.
Founded in Wiltshire in 1999, we now operate across the South West, with our main office in Trowbridge and training centre in Melksham with a network of community-based learning delivery.
To provide accessible learning and guidance for socially and economically disadvantaged groups.
As a result of our work, socially and economically disadvantaged people are more able to lead fulfilled lives and to support themselves.
