PCC supports health and care commissioners and provider organisations to manage change through learning, development and knowledge sharing with a focus on primary care, new care models and service transformation. Our services are delivered through a national programme of events and workshops, regional networks and a team of expert advisers.
PCC’s social mission is to support commissioners and providers of health and care to improve the services they deliver with public money for the ultimate benefit of patients, their families and taxpayers. We do this through events and advisory services that enable public sector staff to develop the knowledge and skills they need and to share learning more effectively between their organisations. As part of this knowledge sharing role, PCC developed NHS Networks, a free-to-use virtual networking platform. Our website and newsletters also provide free information on good practice in service design and delivery.
