We deliver high quality, bespoke youth work programmes, which help raise young people's aspirations and prepare them for future employment and adult life.
We support young people to develop employability skills and entrepreneurship by working in partnership to design and sell a range of products supporting good causes. Our latest project is a youth-led anti-bullying campaign. Young artists passionate about ending bullying have designed an exclusive collection of anti-bullying t-shirts and bags. Funds raised from sales will help us support more young people to gain the skills and confidence they need to live healthy & happy lives.
We work with a passionate and experienced team of youth workers and trainers with the expertise to help young people flourish and achieve positive outcomes.
We recently completed the delivery of a youth-led anti-bullying campaign in Thetford, Norfolk. We ran a series of youth enterprise workshops helping young people to develop entrepreneurial solutions to promote anti-bullying. The project was commissioned by the Breckland Youth Advisory Board (YAB) and enabled young people to gain a range of skills and experience in customer service, marketing, product development, sales, financial management and team work.
Sarah Dawes, a parent of one of our participants said:
'I have seen my daughter grow in confidence over the weeks. It is really fabulous how, by attending each workshop her knowledge of business skills has developed. A very wonderful experience for a young person to get her ready with the skills needed to start her working life!'
Our mission is to help young people succeed in life and realise their full potential. We pride ourselves on our ability to build positive relationships with young people and create opportunities where they can develop confidence, life skills and prepare for future employment and adult life.
We reinvest our surplus profit back into helping us achieve our social mission and providing more opportunities for young people to gain the skills they need to live healthy and happy lives.
We work closely with key partners in the community including local businesses, schools and other youth work providers to meet the needs of young people and create innovative solutions to modern day challenges.
