We are a commercially focused, successful Social Enterprise (turnover of £6m p.a) that provides logistics and warehousing services & then uses its business infrastructure and profits to self-fund & deliver non-accredited training, vocational training, employment opportunities & ongoing learning (such as QCF/NVQ Levels 1 and 2 & progression to apprenticeships) to disadvantaged groups across Northamptonshire.
We provide a range of logistics services to our commercial clients (such as BACA, Travis Perkins and Cormar Carpets etc.) and support some 120-150 people per annum from a range of circumstances through our established training programmes. We are an accredited training centre, a DWP sector based work Academy and are Matrix accredited.
Our internal ‘back-to-Work’ programme delivers vocational skills in an operational training environment and utilises our networks with employers and 3rd party agencies to identify suitable employment opportunities. It has successfully supported 400+ people to date, 65+% of which have secured sustained employment. It is designed to enable long term unemployed, ex/offenders, recovering addicts, former homeless, over 50’s, ex-military etc. improve their ability to gain paid employment.
We have recently won contracts with ESF/Big Lottery Building Better Opportunities, MoD and Northampton Council to provide a range of "wrap around support" to participants. This has allowed us to expand our services

Our social aims are to re-integrate people back into society by providing them with access to vocational skills, real work related experience & entry to paid employment.
We have strong, localised networks that form a progressive & proven “pipeline” leading from beneficiary engagement through to employment & provides a sense of purpose that provides the skills & belief beneficiaries need to be able to integrate with society & enter into meaningful employment.
