Action West London's Mission is 'changing lives through Employment, Education and Enterprise'. We provide vetted, local staff (adults and young people) for businesses and companies in West London. We help companies achieve their staffing diversity targets. We run Acton Street Market 4 days a week. We can provide outlet stalls. We can provide an innovative, fun and enterprising staff 'awayday' event for companies where staff are challenged to make most profits by running stalls at the Market. We encourage companies and businesses to provide us with work experience, training and jobs for unemployed adults and young people. We can provide staff training and placements as part of a company's management development programmes. We welcome offers of office accomodation and equipment.
Track record
Action West London has been established for over 17 years. We have an excellent track record of delivering Employment, Education and Enterprise contracts and projects. We have extensive partnership links at strategic and service delivery level with private sector organisations, local authorities, public bodies, voluntary sector and social enterprises. We have been awarded Social Enterprise Mark since its inception. We work primarily in Ealing, Brent, Hammersmith and Fulham and Hounslow-but also cover other West London boroughs
