An association of teachers of mindfulness and related practices
Our vision is of an increasing number of people experiencing the benefits of a regular mindfulness practice. We therefore provide mindfulness training and support. There is no religious content.
We offer training in our dedicated space in the heart of Paisley, but we can also come to your workplace. We are hired by organisations that want to support their workforce's well being, focus and creativity and offer generous discounts to the third and public sector.
We offer one hour introductory sessions, a short course, a full eight-week course, retreats, teacher training and CPD.
