Beta Futures is a social enterprise company limited by guarantee based in Crawley. Our corporate mission is to provide business services to employers, with a focus on the micro end of the SME market, that help break down the barriers to growth thus creating jobs.
Beta Futures’ social mission is to harness the experience, knowledge and skills of older people ensuring that they continue to actively engage within their local communities; thus reducing the risk of social isolation. - the 50+ Skills Exchange Club is the vehicle by which we deliver this.
Beta Futures has received support from DWP, Horsham District Council, Reigate and Banstead Council and Crawley Borough Council.

"I look forward to Thursday Mornings as I can meet and engage with like minded members. We are able to share our skills, knowledge and experiences and encourage others which feels good and makes me feel so much better about myself. Thank you!" Barney
The 50 + Skills Exchange Club brings together like-minded people. We provide club members the opportunity to socialise, learn, exchange skills, volunteer and mentor others. We also work with individuals who are hoping to re-enter the job market by offering 1 to 1 support. The club aims to help older people to remain engaged in their local communities, continue to be economically active and live independent, fulfilled lives.
