50-50 Sync CIC

50-50 SYNC is an ambitious community interest company which seeks to Change Lives for a Brighter Future for vulnerable young people. We create positive peer environments through 1:1 mentoring and group mentoring programmes. Our mentor trainee programme provides training to equip the young people with the necessary skills to give back to their community and help mentor others. 50-50 SYNC is accessible to all young people and helps improve their levels of learning and social well-being. We provide support for the child, parent/carer and other associated professionals who work with them. We measure the outcomes through the statistics gathered from the work with a young person, parent/carer, school staff and other professionals. We provide the impact evidence through data analysis and feedback in the form of bespoke reports. This early engagement and intervention is delivered within schools and community settings in the wider community.
