4Lunch is an award-winning social enterprise that runs cookery courses, food business training and catering at various locations in Greater Manchester.
Established in 2013 by Amy Win, 4Lunch is on a mission to create social change within local communities by unlocking the power of food.
We work with many organisations to bring our cookery experiences and training opportunities to people throughout the region.

The cost of running Cook Inspire Change CIC activities over the last three years is £75,223, which has provided new learning to 457 people across Greater Manchester.
The total cost saving to society over three years is £232,944.

COOK: Food is a universal experience that brings people together. Learning to cook and share is a fundamental part of living a healthy and balanced life.
INSPIRE: Food also offers many employment and enterprise opportunities. We aim to inspire our students to think about food in creative and innovative ways.
CHANGE: The 4Lunch vision is for people to be able to use the power of food to improve their health, wellbeing and life opportunities.
