Our university accredited distance learning Cert HE in Charity and Social Enterprise Management is tailor made for third sector leaders, delivered by experts in the field. It has 6 modules:
Leadership & Management in the Third Sector
Marketing
HR Management
Finance
Social Enterprise
Impact Assessment
All of the work done on the course contributes to organisational success as well as personal development; delivery is online but with four face to face workshops per year in support.
Over 100 students have now completed the course, they say things like:

We also conduct research and engage in consultancy (primarily social impact assessment).
