Inappropriate supplier form

This form allows you to notify the Buy Social Directory team if you think a supplier has been listed inappropriately.

Please state the reason you consider this supplier to be listed inappropriately, for example, they are not a social enterprise, they are no longer trading, this is a duplicate listing, etc.
