The BeingWell offers a range of mindfulness therapies in 1-2-1 and group settings for individuals or businesses and organisations.
The BeingWell practitioners have years of training and experience to help you bring mindfulness to many areas of your life. Programs are designed to help you reach your fuller potential at work, in your communication with others, in relationships, and to help you overcome current difficulties and recurring problems mindfully.
The BeingWell is delivering mindfulness to patients transitioning from Secondary to Primary mental health care. We are proud to have received a grant from Oxford University and to be working with the East London NHS Foundation Trust on this project.
We also offer concessionary prices for individuals on low incomes and for not-for-profit organisations.
Feedback from course participants at a Mindfulness at Work 6-week programme (1 hour a week): "It definitely has helped me at work. I have developed a mechanism on how not to stress myself out about situations I cannot change." And another: "Has helped me to be calmer. To help me to focus on the job in hand and not flit from one thought to another."
The BeingWell aims to reduce the number of 30,000 Tower Hamlets adults with common mental-health symptoms.
We mindfully tackle the issue of stigma around mental health, and the related issue of people not getting help early on, by focusing on being well. The emphasis is on maintaining mental health in equal proportion to the efforts people make with their physical health.
We are sustainable as a business and social enterprise by running high-quality mindfulness programs that individuals, organisations and companies buy as excellent and distinctive products for personal wellbeing and employee health. Then when we do well as a business, society profits.
